Service and eligibility

Qwen Image Generator is an independent service operated by Ji Guang, not affiliated with Alibaba or the Qwen team. Use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement and have permission to provide your inputs. Keep your Google account secure.

Your inputs and outputs

You retain your rights in inputs you provide. You authorize us and our service providers to process them to deliver the requested image. You are responsible for obtaining permissions for reference images and for reviewing outputs before use. AI output may contain errors, resemble other content, or lack copyright protection. We do not promise uniqueness, exclusivity, trademark clearance, or suitability for a particular use.

Do not use the service for unlawful content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, impersonation, or infringement. We may reject requests or suspend abusive accounts.

Credits and delivery

One generation produces one image. The displayed credit cost is reserved when the request starts. Confirmed failed generations return credits; a pending request is still being resolved. Do not submit duplicate requests while a task is processing.

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or yearly price until canceled. Monthly credits are issued at each monthly billing cycle; yearly credits are issued upfront at each annual billing cycle. Paid credits expire 365 days after issue. New accounts receive no free generation credits. Previously issued credits remain available under their original terms. Credits are not cash or transferable value.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel a subscription in Billing in Settings before the next renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation does not automatically refund a previous charge. Contact contact@qwenimagegenerator.com about accidental charges, failed credit delivery, or service problems. Include your order reference, never your full card number. We review requests based on credit use, delivery, the circumstances, and applicable consumer rights. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be waived.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the service available, but processing time and output quality vary. Download files you need to keep. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused by your unlawful use or unreviewed outputs. Nothing limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
