Email contact@qwenimagegenerator.com. Include the email you use to sign in, what you were trying to do, and when the problem happened. For a purchase, include the order reference from your payments. Never send a password or full card number.

For an image that is still processing, check My images before submitting the same request again. Confirmed failed generations return their credits. If a result is missing or an upload fails, describe the file type and approximate size; you do not need to send a private photo in your first email.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Use Billing in Settings to manage your subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund previous purchases. See the terms for credit expiry and refund requests.
