Who operates this service

Qwen Image Generator is an independent image creation service operated by Ji Guang. It is not an official Alibaba or Qwen website. Contact: contact@qwenimagegenerator.com.

Information we use

Google sign-in provides your account identifier, name, email address, and profile image. We store an account and session so you can access credits, orders, and image history. We do not receive your Google password.

When you generate or edit an image, we process your prompt, uploaded reference image, settings, task status, output, and credit usage. Prompts and references are sent to Kie.ai to fulfill your request. Cloudflare hosts the service, database, and image files. Avoid uploading confidential documents or images you do not have permission to use.

Stripe processes payments and stores payment-method details. We retain order references, amounts, currency, and subscription status to provide purchased credits and handle support. We do not store complete card numbers.

Image access and retention

Your history requires sign-in. Image files use unlisted URLs so they can be displayed, downloaded, and processed. Anyone you give an image URL to can access that file; do not treat an unlisted link as a private vault. We do not publish your images in a public gallery by default.

We retain account records and image history while needed to provide the service. Download important results; this is not a permanent backup service. Contact us to request deletion. We may retain transaction or abuse-prevention records where required or necessary. Upstream providers apply their own retention policies.

Analytics and cookies

Essential cookies maintain your sign-in session. Google Analytics 4 is enabled by default to measure page visits and product interactions such as generation, downloads, and checkout steps. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled. Product events use controlled categories; we do not intentionally send prompts, uploaded files, email addresses, account IDs, or order numbers to Analytics. Page URLs sent to Analytics omit query strings and fragments.

We use browser storage to restore your draft and latest task on this device. Clearing browser storage removes that local draft, but does not delete server records. Browser privacy settings and blockers can limit analytics.

Your choices

Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information. We may verify account ownership. You can sign out and clear browser storage at any time. Processing may occur outside your country through our service providers. We update this page when our data practices change.
